Thanks for your kind comments. They have been received in better spirits
than they were given. :-)

The intent was not to 'put you in your place'. The intent was to keep
the focus on issues. I apologize if you felt slighted in any way, though
I am not sure what I am apologizing for.

Who are you representing here, Federico? If this is personal, please
feel free to email me personally. I don't think you're presenting a
Civil Society caucus issue. If you don't see a need for software, then I
don't see the need for this discussion to continue on this email list or
personally. It's apparent to me that there is a need for software for
online collaboration which meets the needs of the Civil Society plenary,
and there has been such a need.

Maybe you're right, and everyone else is wrong. I don't know. I'm just
trying to see what comes next in Civil Society, and to do that we need
more participation. It's not my place to give you a list of
requirements, but I did research the abilities of the software being
used for the meeting on the 22nd. It's fair to say that the abilities
used with that software for the meeting would be the baseline requirements.
