	Hello,

Please Vittorio, why do you think intellectual property
	is central for the WGIG....

I do really think it's central. Central for the next economy
to come, central for people rights to know and to use
knowledge. It's central for development, as far as IP rights
are putting hold on the capacity of underdeveloped countries
to have a fair place on the global world.

But why is this central for "governance" working group ?

There's so many thing to deal while talking of IP rights
that we never can consider it only through a narrow focus.

Except to be put in front of a strange way to deal
with problem : confer them to a technical goup. And
by the way exclude all others actors...

There was a debate on this CS list last october about
this. And i was not sure the consensus was to put
IP on the agenda of the WGIG.

	Please reconsider.
