Lamento , Angelica, tener que darte esta respuesta.
Pero creo que la CUMBRE MUNDIAL DE LA SOCIEDAD DE LA
INFORMACION, nunca fue Mundial, ni de la Sociedad, la
Informacion brilla por su ausencia, del nombre solo
nos queda el concepto de Cumbre, solo para elegidos
VIP, para una elite de iluminati que pretenden decidir
sobre
lo que Intertnet significa para la Humandidad.
No lo lograran. Internet es una revolucion digital que
ninguna cumbre podra parar.

Yo cada tanto hago el intento de despertar a alguien
que esté leyendo aquí, en esta lista plenaria
(plenaria?) de la sociedad civil (que es la sociedad
civil? no militar? no empresarial? no gubernamental?)
y aún no se haya dado cuenta.

Por eso escribo solo en ingles, -tal vez- asi alguien
lee mis mensajes -en una botella-...

Pero creo que este no es el espacio de construccion de
la Sociedad de la Información, Angelica, no te
preocupes, la CMSI así como está planteada es un
fraude.

civil society? non-militar? non-companies?
non-governments?), somebody who does not yet know
this.

That is why I only write in english, in this way
-perhaps- someone will read my messages -in a
bottle-...

But I do not think this is any space for building
Information Society, Angelica, do not worry, WSIS as
is planned, is a fraud.
