[WSIS CS-Plenary] Registration procedures for 13-14 June

Dear all, 

 

Following some requests on registration procedures for next week’s meetings,
please note:

 

Registration for the informal GFC consultation (13 June 2005, Room XXVI,
Palais des Nations)

Information has been made available recently on the ITU-WSIS Website, as
well as a badge request form you have to fill in and send back to the WSIS
ES, with the stamp of your accredited organisation
(http://www.itu.int/wsis/preparatory2/pc3/index.html). You will have to pick
up your ground-pass for the UN Building at Villa Feuillantine (13, avenue de
la Paix, Geneva, almost in front of UN main entrance gate, close to Place
des Nations, opened from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM non-stop), prior to the meeting.

 

Registration for the WGIG open consultations (14 June 2005, Room B, ITU
Tower Building, Rue de Montbrillant)

Civil Society entities accredited to the WSIS can register electronically
(www.wgig.org <http://www.wgig.org/> ), with the user name and password
provided to the WSIS Focal Point of each accredited organisation registering
for PrepCom-2. 

You will get your badge directly at the ITU registration desk outside the
meeting room.

Suite à plusieurs questions concernant les procédures d’enregistrement pour
participer aux réunions de la semaine prochaine, veuillez noter ce qui suit
:

 

Enregistrement pour la consultation informelle du GAP (13 Juin 2005, Salle
XXVI, Palais des Nations)

L’information vient d’être rendue disponible sur le site web de l’UIT-SMSI,
de même qu’un formulaire d’enregistrement que vous devez remplir et renvoyer
au Secrétariat Exécutif du SMSI, avec le tampon de l’organisation qui vous
accrédite ( <http://www.itu.int/wsis/preparatory2/pc3/index.html>
http://www.itu.int/wsis/preparatory2/pc3/index.html). Vous devrez ensuite
demander votre badge d’entrée pour les locaux des Nations Unies auprès de la
Villa Feuillantine (13, avenue de la Paix, Genève, presque en face de
l’entrée principale des Nations Unies, près de la Place des Nations, ouvert
de 8h00 à 17h00) avant la réunion.

 

Enregistrement pour la consultation informelle du GTGI (14 Juin 2005, Salle
B, Tour de l’UIT, Rue de Montbrillant)

Les entités de la Société Civile accréditées auprès du SMSI peuvent
s’enregistrer de manière électronique (www.wgig.org <http://www.wgig.org/>
), en utilisant le nom d’utilisateur et le mot de passe fournis à chaque
organisation accréditée lors de leur enregistrement pour le PrepCom-2. Vous
obtiendrez votre badge directement auprès du Bureau des Enregistrements de
l’UIT, à l’extérieur de la salle de réunion.

Debido a varias peticiones sobre el proceso de registro para la siguiente
semana, por favor tome en cuenta:

 

Registro para la consulta informal del GAP (13 de Junio 2005, Sala XXVI,
Palais des Nations)

La información ya está disponible en la pagina web de la UIT-CMSI, así como
también la forma de registro que tienen que llenar y enviar a la Secretaria
Ejecutiva de la CMSI, con el sello de su organización accreditadora (
<http://www.itu.int/wsis/preparatory2/pc3/index.html>
http://www.itu.int/wsis/preparatory2/pc3/index.html). Tendrá que recoger su
gafete de acceso al edificio de la ONU antes de la reunión en la Villa
Feuillantine (13, avenue de la Paix, Geneva, casi enfrente de la entrada
principal, cerca de la Place de Nations, que estará abierta de 8:00 AM a
5:00 PM sin pausa).  

 

Registro para la consulta abierta del GTGI (14 Junio 2005, Sala B, Torre del
UIT, Rue de Montbrillant)

Las entidades de la Sociedad Civil acreditadas en la CMSI pueden registrarse
electrónicamente ( <http://www.wgig.org/> www.wgig.org), con el nombre de
usuario y contraseña dados al Punto Focal para CMSI de cada organización
acreditada y registrada para la PrepCom-2.

Obtendrá su gafete directamente en la mesa de registro del UIT afuera de la
sala de reunión.
