Dear Karen,
I understand your concern... we must do better being
more efficient... Thank you to take into account the
situation in poor countries and populations with
difficulties and costy acceess...
an additionnal comment :
-when messages are too long, they are automaticly
trunqued  and your message can become a new proof of
certain non relevant practices among us, when some of
us have all rights and other nothing including the
right to be informed in understanding language... but
such categoria of person has no value and some of us
are dealing with its future probably with less success
than the World Bank and its Sectorial Adjusment
Programms and Reduction Poverty Strategy since many
dozen of years.

Je comprends bien votre inquiètude.... on devrait
améliorer nos prestations et notre efficacité... Merci
de te préoccuper des pauvres et de ceux qui ont des
difficultés d'accès à Internet...
Cependant un commentaire :
Lorsque les messages sont trop longs, ils sont
automatiquement coupés et votre message dans
l'ambiance qui prévaut risque de revêtir la presuve de
certaines pratiques inadéquates, celles que certains
d'entre nous ont tous les pouvoirs et d'autres rien y
compris d'être informés dans les langues qu'ils
peuvent comprendre mais cela mérite-t-il de s'en
préoccuper d'autant que certains d'entre nous le font
avec semble-t-il autant de succès que les Programmes
d'ajustement Structurels et autres Strategies de
réduction de la pauvreté de la Banque Mondiale.
