dear all,
I just posted my reaction to Reuter article when i
received this Nnenna article....
I like very much the final point.
" On another very important note, the management of
the funds will be with the International Digital
Solidarity Agency whose mechanisms are still being
shaped. And this is where I would suggest we bring
in our input as soon as possible"
This will be our futur challenge to push our
presidents in the good direction and to give to the
African Civile Society "une raison d'être". What it
seems uncredible, nobody debate of this issue during
the prepcom-3 ? Is it once more "un domaine reservé",
an issue forbiden for the Civile society who as laways
will be invited to applaud in the end of the process ?
All the best
process ?
Amitiés
Djilali
