Dear all: The last plenary decided that the a CS statement is to be a sign-on document which is not to be endorsed by "rough consensus" in the next plenary of wsis participants with CS-accreditation who happen to attend this meeting. I do not know of another planery that changed this original decision. Christoph Bruch
