[WSIS CS-Plenary] Professor M S Swaminathan

Dear all

Since an important meeting in India clashes with WSIS, Professor M S
Swaminathan would be available in Tunis on 14-15 November 2005.  DO you
think the Civil Society Plenary would like to take advantage of his
presence there?  If so, do you have any ideas for the afternoon on the
15th.  He shall be free at 1330 hours for three hours after attending a
Press Conference at the ITU Launch Pad area.
