We exert in communication and information technologies in Gabon Africa. Gabon does not have reached yet or more or month did not solve the problem of the ditch of the numerical fracture. In addition, I request the contest of NGOs and of the investors of the company of information to take into account this problem which undermines the young Gabonese nation bus if large thing is not made, it will be I am convinced the last of the history in the field of the ICT and out of economic matter because the hour is not any more with the sale of the raw materials, but with the sale of the grey matter.
