Well, I wasn't there, so I trusted Wolfgang's mail.
But I still don't think we should be too hard on 
him. Sometimes there's no time for such mailings, 
and these people are there, and they can talk to 
each other - him, Milton, Bill, Karen, etc. and reach to consensus.
