It seems to me that there are a number of parties that consider this listserv to be "dead," and that may explain why there was nothing posted earlier regarding the Seoul OECD Ministerial on The Future of the Internet Economy. For the latter, civil society coordination is being handled by The Public Voice (http://thepublicvoice.org/). On the organization's website, one can find information about the upcoming ministerial, the "reference group," etc.
