[WSIS CS-Plenary] Digital Solidarity Fund in risk of disappearing: action required

It is good that the issue is being raised here 
and we learned. Certainly, it was some kind of 
expectation for developing countries to elevate 
their ICT platform a bit higher. You are right, 
though the issue was revolving around for quite a 
few years, there were not sufficient support from 
all corners, despite it would be extremely 
beneficial to those transitional economies who 
are yet lagging in digital divide. Now that, we 
came to know, should we start talking for not 
closing the issue, as it is an essential 
component for sustainable development. I hope 
UNDP would come forward on this, at least. Thanking you.
